Biography
Prior To SFU:
Millar won the 2023 Okanagan Zone championship in the 800 meters by running a time of 2:27.78 in the event final as a member of Lake Country, B.C.'s George Elliot Secondary School. She also won bronze in the 400 m (1:04.30). Competing for Okanagan Athletics, Millar was fourth in the U-18 800 meters (2:23.28) at the 2022 BC Championship Jamboree in Kamloops last July. She placed sixth in the 400 m (1:02.20) and seventh in the 1,500 (5:08.42). At the 2022 provincial high school meet, Millar earned an eighth-place result in the 400 m with a time of 1:03.17 and was 10th in the 800 m (2:28.24).
