Taylor Phillips

Taylor completed her Bachelor of Human Kinetics in 2014 at the University of British Columbia Okanagan and went on to complete her Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy at Mount Royal University where she worked with the University of Calgary Men’s basketball and football teams. She became a Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C), through the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association in 2016.

Taylor has experience working with varsity level athletes predominantly in contact sports such as football, basketball and soccer. In addition to working at SFU, Taylor has worked in private Sports Medicine and multidisciplinary clinics, assessing and treating a wide variety of individuals and injuries. She enjoys using a combination of treatment styles in her ‘full body’ approach practice, including manual therapy, taping and exercise rehabilitation.

Taylor enjoys spending her free time outdoors, hiking, camping, playing soccer and traveling.
