Women's basketball athlete Katie Lowen is this week's Clan athlete of the week following her performance this past week that saw the Clan split at home against conference powerhouses Montana State University - Billings and Seattle Pacific University.

Coming off a foot injury the junior guard was forced to step up against the Falcons when the Clan's leading scorer Erin Chambers was sidelined due to an injured finger.

Lowen shot 5-8 from beyond the arc in the game, talling 23 points in the contest and leading the team to a 77-68 victory.

In the Clan's loss two day's later against the Yellowjackets she also added 8 points.
