After spending the 2018-19 season in Daytona Beach, FL with the National High School team at the DME Sports Academy, McFee is set to return to Canada and join the SFU program. As an honour roll student from his sophomore to senior year, he chose SFU not only for the athletic opportunity but its highly regarded academic reputation. He intends to pursue a degree in Engineering.
