GREENSBORO, NC. – A pair of All-American performances by recently crown NCAA champion Collyn Gagne and freshman Isabelle Roth in individual races highlighted the third day of the 2022 NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championships at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

Gagne, who won an NCAA championship in NCAA record-setting fashion on Thursday in the 400-yard individual medley, set an SFU record in the 200-yard butterfly on Friday. Gagne raced home in 1:44.99, improving on his preliminary swim time, to finish sixth in the race. He trailed winner Alex Kunert (Queens) by just over two seconds but was fast enough to set a new SFU standard. The old record of 1:45.51 has held by Adrian VanderHelm (2018).

Earlier in the week Gagne won the 400 IM and was second in the 200 IM, setting school records in both races.
