The SFU Men's Golf team delivered a top performance at the WWU Men's Invitational, capturing the team title with a stellar 14-under-par total of 850. In a tightly contested battle, the Red Leafs edged out UBCO and host Western Washington to secure the top spot on the leaderboard.
Leading the charge was
Denby Carswell, who shared medalist honors with a 7-under finish. Supporting the team effort were Danny Im (E),
Brendan O'Brien (+1), and Max Corcoran (+2)—each placing inside the Top 20 and contributing crucial scores to lock down the win.
With depth across the lineup and a composed team effort, SFU proved they're a force to be reckoned with this season. Next up, the team travels to Seaside, California for the California State Monterey Bay Otter Invitational on October 13.
