Biography

Bjornson joined the SFU men's program from Pacific Academy in Surrey, where he was posted 11 victories and 11 runner-up finishes on the Maple Leaf Junior tour (MJT). He also has one victory to his credit on the Vancouver Golf Tour. Bjornson captained Pacific Academy to the 2019 BC AA provincial championship. Bailey is a strong competitor who knows how to close out tournaments and win. He has an excellent training foundation and is a very coachable athlete. Bjornson recorded a tournament scoring average of 73.1 and finished sixth on MJT's national point list with a scoring average of 71.14. He is a +3.8 handicap. Bjornson intends to study marketing at SFU.
