Biography

At the most recent BC Summer games Paugh won gold in the triple jump and bronze medals in the javelin and long jump. Paugh has achieved personal bests of 11.07m in the triple jump, 5.21m in long jump and 35.40m in javelin entering SFU. She will focus on the jumps at SFU where she plans to study Kinesiology with plans to be a physical therapist.
