A Fraser Valley zone champion in both the 100-metre and 200-metre, Jacobs was a key member of the first ever Senior Girls BC Provincial Championship banner for Walnut Grove. She qualified for both the 100 and 200-metre dashes at the event, just missing the cut with a ninth-place finish in the 100 preliminaries and coming in fourth place in the 200 finals.

As a part of the 4x400 team, she won a gold medal and holds personal best times of 12.59 in the 100-metre and 25.59 in the 200-metre. She plans to study health sciences with the goal of becoming a paediatrician.
