Game Recap: SFU Men’s Soccer Dominates West Texas A&M in 4–0 Shutout

The Simon Fraser University (SFU) Red Leafs opened their Texas weekend with a commanding 4–0 victory over West Texas A&M at the Toyota Soccer Center in Frisco, marking their first win of the conference season.

SFU's offense came alive early, with Koji Poon netting his fourth goal of the season. Michael Hennesy and Kundalini Dominique added to the tally and assists came from Luis Klimo and Kian Proctor.

SFU controlled the match from start to finish, combining sharp attacking play with solid defensive organization to earn the clean sheet.

Next up, the team continues their trip in Texas with a match against University of Texas at Tyler on Saturday, September 27 at 10:00 am. The team then returns home for a match against Western Oregon at Terry Fox Field on Thursday, October 2 at 5:00 pm. Fans can secure tickets online, in advance, here.
