Biography
Prior To SFU >
Ozi Nwabuko is an exceptional athlete who can dunk any sized ball that she can hold in one hand. Although Nwabuko only started playing basketball in Grade 9, she worked tirelessly to make herself into one of the top players in the province. Nwabuko was an All-Star at the B.C. AAA Championships in 2015 and 2016. Nwabuko was selected to the Province Sports Head of the Class 2016.
Head Coach Bruce Langford: "Last summer when I watched BC players compete against teams from the United States, Ozi was one of the few BC defenders who could consistently keep players in front of her. She has incredible quickness and her commitment to getting better makes her future very bright.”
