Ella McVittie was Senior Girls Volleyball MVP in 2022 and a member of Team Ontario. She's a multi-sport athlete who also plays touch football and runs track. "Ella possesses a high volleyball IQ and great leadership skills which are essential qualities for the quarterback of our offense," explained Schmidt. "Ella has an incredible work ethic that is demonstrated consistently both on the court and in the classroom."
 
"I chose SFU because of the gorgeous campus and the welcoming community," said McVittie. "I immediately felt at home when I stepped on the campus and met the team."
