Simon Fraser University is 50, and to celebrate, we're counting down 50 Incredible Moments in Clan History. This week we look at the rise of a girl from Terrace, BC, who went on to become two-time NAIA Player of the Year.

Legendary basketball coach Allison McNeill counted a girl from Terrace, BC, among her first recruits. Twice, Michelle Hendry helped the Clan advance to the Elite Eight at the NAIA national tournament and in her junior and senior seasons she was named NAIA Player of the Year.
