OAKLAND –
Jessica Wisotzki scored a career-high 26 points to lead SFU to a 79-59 win over Holy Names in a women's basketball game at the Holy Names Classic Saturday afternoon in Tobin Gym.
The sophomore guard from Langley was an offensive force all game, finishing with a career-high 26 points on 11-of-17 shooting and six rebounds. It was Wisotzki's fifth collegiate game for SFU, now 2-3 overall to start the season. Her previous high was 18 points in her second game.

Emma Kramer had a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds, while freshman guard
Sophia Wisotzki had 9 points and ran the floor well, playing a game-high 31 minutes.
SFU actually trailed 22-12 after the first quarter but turned things around in the middle two quarters, out-scoring Holy Names 44-18. Leading 56-40 entering the fourth, SFU outscored the hosts 23-19.
SFU won the battle on the boards 43 to 31, shot 47.8 percent from the field on 32-of-67 shooting and had 9 steals. SFU shot just 2-of-17 on threes with both makes coming off the hand of
Jessica Wisotzki (2-of-3).
Holy Names, 0-2, shot 37.7 percent from the field and was 6-of-20 on threes.
SFU received 27 points off the bench.
