The Red Leafs finished tied for first with Western Washington University after three rounds of play, both teams posting a total score of 844. The title was decided in a playoff, where
Justin Bjornson delivered the moment of the tournament—draining a clutch birdie on the second playoff hole to secure the win for SFU.
Individually, Max Corcoran tied for 3
rd with a score of 208, while
Brendan O'Brien tied for 5
th with a score of 209, and Danny Im tied for 11
th with 213.
As his first collegiate event,
Jonathan Van Pykstra played as an individual and finished tied for 21 with respectable scores of 70-77-69 (216).
