Biography
Victor Radocaj transferred to SFU after beginning his university career at Division I Eastern Washington University. Radocaj spent the two seasons at Eastern Washington, which won the Big Sky Conference championship in 2021 to make the NCAA Tournament. He played in the Eagles' 93-84 loss to Kansas in their first-round March Madness matchup. Radocaj made 18 total appearances for EWU, posting 24 points and 19 rebounds. Victor's skillset is is unique. At 6-10, he can handle the ball, pass, shoot and score inside. He has three years of eligibility and will complete his degree in Computing Science at SFU. Radocaj starred for Richmond's R.A. McMath Secondary School before moving east to compete for the RISE Centre Academy in Brantford, Ont. Radocaj was the only junior selected to play in the 2019 BioSteel All-Canadian Basketball Game, which features the most talented high school players in the country. His relationship with Canada Basketball goes back as far as 2017, when he helped Canada win silver at the Under-16 FIBA Americas Championship in Formosa, Argentina. In 2018, Radocaj was one of 62 players selected for the Men's National Age-Group Assessment Camps in Toronto. That same year, he was a second-team All-Star for BC at the Canada Basketball 17U Boys National Championship.
