The game was tight early, with the Red Leafs holding a slim 47-44 lead at halftime. In the second half, SFU surged ahead, outscoring Central Washington 42-29 to secure the win by 16 points. Daniel Smith lead the scoring with 21 points. 

The win marks the team's first conference win of the season. Next up, the Red Leafs take on Northwest Nazarene this Saturday, December 6 at 7:00 pm in SFU's West Gym. It's the last home game of 2025! Come out and cheer loud.
