In his first NCAA Outdoor appearance, Nicholas Monro enters ranked 15th nationally after a 7.48m (24-6.5) personal best. A silver medalist at the GNAC Championships, he holds the fifth-best long jump in GNAC history.

Friday, May 23

5:30 p.m. – Women's 200 Meters Prelims
A top GNAC sprinter with a 200m PR of 23.38 seconds (No. 2 in conference history), Emma Cannan is seeded 13th nationally. She's aiming to follow up on her indoor All-America honors with a strong debut at the outdoor nationals.

Jarrett Chong threw a massive 72.60m (238-2), the second-longest in GNAC history, to win his second GNAC title and rise to No. 2 nationally. The SFU senior is seeking redemption after placing 15th at last year's nationals and was an All-American in 2022.

6:45 p.m. – Women's 200 Meters Final (if qualified)
If she advances from Friday's prelims, Emma Cannan will race for a spot among the nation's top sprinters in the 200m final, chasing her first outdoor All-America honor.
