BELLINGHAM, WA --- Simon Fraser dropped a loss to Western Washington, 95–66 on Tuesday night. The game leaves Simon Fraser at a total of 12–7 in the GNAC. Western Washington moves ahead of Simon Fraser at 13 – 6.
Western Washington wasted no time moving ahead 13 points by the first quarters end. However, Washington's last 6 points were a result of free throw opportunities. Despite a few good shots, Simon Fraser was unable to take advantage in the second quarter, and the team fell behind by behind 22 points. At halftime, the score was 53 – 31.
Simon Fraser continued to struggle from the field in the second half, and WWU continued to roll, leading by as many as 33 points ahead of Simon Fraser. SFU finished the game 29 points behind, at a score of 95 – 66.

Jessica Jones were leaders on the court each contributing 11 points to the board. Jones was able to accomplish an additional 2 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 steal. Sophomore
Justina Chan produced outstanding results on the court in her 14 minutes of play off the bench. She put up 11 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and 1 block.
